Q. What is Cozy Living Home Care's Rates?

A. Cozy Living Home Care's Rate varies depending on the services you would like. We also offer weekly and monthly plans designed for you specifically on your wants and needs. Please contact us for more information.

 

Q. Is the cost for services covered by my health plan? 
A. Depending on your coverage and the services required, some of the costs may be covered by your health plan. You will have to ask your health plan provider for details.

 

Q. Can I pick the services I want
A. Yes, you certainly can pick and choose  the services that you want. You are the customer and you tell us what you want to do!

 

Q. Why use Cozy Living Home Care?

A. Using Cozy Living Home Care Services allows you to remove the hassle and worry of selecting a Caregiver along with training, managing, scheduling, overseeing their duties and the potential liablilty exposure to you and your family.  

 

Q. Are your employees trained?
A. Yes, most of our employees have a specific training in a health discipline or have been trained internally through Cozy Living Home Care training program.

 

Q. What happens if my caregiver gets sick?
A. You have a choice of cancelling the appointment or allowing us to send a replacement caregiver.

 

Q. Is Cozy Living Home Care service only available in the home?
A. No, we can provide our services to you whether you live at home, in the hospital, rehabilitation facility, a senior’s complex, or health care facility.
